I'm looking for a high quality supplement to add to my dogs food, have you ever heard of Dr. Jeff's Optimum canine care? If so do you think it would be a good one to use? If not could you please recommend one?
I am not familiar with Dr. Jeff's products. So sorry. I'm not really sure what you are looking for in a supplement? An immune system booster? Just a vitamin? Probiotics? Skin/Coat health? Joint health? My personal preference, completed unrelated to Boop by Petco or Petco, would be Cosequin ( http://www.cosequin.com/dogs/ ) or Dasuquin ( http://www.dasuquin.com/en/products/#dog ). Both are made by Nutromax Labs.

My dog is hyper. I already took him to the park to run but he's the whole day throwing his toys at me to play with him and barking at me while I'm doing homework..... I'd love to play with him more but I don't have the whole day. What's there to do?

Kong toys that you can fill with peanut butter work great and you can find the kong toys online or at your local pet store. You can also try NaturVet Quiet Moments calm chews with melatonin which can also be found online or at your local PetCo. I hope this helps! Thank you for submitting your question. Congratulations on your new dog! Indestructible toys are going to be best until you see how aggressive of a chewer he or she will be. Young puppies are not as destructive as older puppies and adult dogs. You may want to try a variety of products to see what this dog will like best. Kongs, puzzle toys and Nylabones are a good variety. You just want to make sure that pieces cannot be bit off of any toy. Nylabones can be hard on the teeth if the dog chews too aggressively. As far as treats, start with peices of the dog's regular kibble. There will be a lot of stress with moving to a new home. Additional diet changes can lead to diarrhea. I hope this information helps!
