if you're studying veterinary medicine. Is there a course wherein you will only treat cats dogs? Because i dont want to hold those spiders snakes etc.
Some veterinary schools do allow tracking in which you only study certain species - such as only horses or only dogs and cats. I would recommend contacting the school(s) you are interested in and ask them if that sort of program is offered.

You need to take him to your veterinarian or a vet experienced in treating reptiles. A cat bite can lead to serious infection which should be treated. Pain medication may also be indicated. There isn't much you can do at home except to maintain hydration and proper environmental parameters. Veterinary care is strongly recommended.

How old do you have to be to buy a pet at Petco?
Customers under the age of 18 cannot purchase live Companion Animals or Aquatic Life without a parent or guardian present. (Excluding crickets and worms). Due to the demands of time and intricate care required with certain species, it is in the best interest of the animals to not sell to minors. Parental permission at time of sale will ensure a better home for the animal and lower our rate of return.
