Just let her set up the environment that way she likes it. You can't force her to use the house. Some hamsters just prefer to sleep in an open nest in the corner of their cages rather than choosing to sleep inside a house/hideout. This is pretty normal. If you want to try a different house you could do that. Some don't like those clear, see-through houses. They prefer something darker.

Thanks for reaching out about Little Buddy. He could be scared or ill. Does he appear to have maintained weight? If he is not using the wheel and the cage is too small, take the wheel out to give him more room. Monitor food intake and defecation. If concerns continue, a veterinary visit is recommended. That could potentially cause gastrointestinal obstructions and should be ideally avoided. Rabbits love to chew. Your best options are to limit your rabbit's access to these items through the use of playpens or gates blocking them, and to make sure Dandie has enough appropriate chew toys in their environment or play area to encourage healthy chewing on those items instead.
