How lucky of you to visit Germany recently! I would check to see if it's possible to ship the ones you like from Germany to Bosnia & Herzegovina. I'm not very familiar with the inventory of dog harnesses in your country, and given that many things can easily be shipped, it might be the best idea to have the cute and comfortable ones you say in Germany shipped to your home :-)

Dogs should not be left in a crate with a collar on, or left unsupervised anywhere where there is something that could get hooked on the collar, as this poses a potential strangulation risk. They should also not be left unsupervised while playing with other dogs with a collar on, as this could lead to strangulation if the other dog grabs the collar. You can remove the collar at night if your dog is in a secure area where he cannot accidentally get loose or escape, as you can't monitor Oscar at night while sleeping.

Young dogs (and cats) often have to learn what is appropriate behavior during play. Necklace likely hasn't learned that her playing behavior is painful to you and others (or damaging to your clothing). Certainly attending puppy training classes with her is a good way to start to develop appropriate dog-human interactions. I also am a strong supporter of substitution training. When Necklace is playing appropriately you should be very positive, reward her good play with more playing, small treats, petting, attention, whatever is rewarding for her. When she displays inappropriate behavior I generally tell owners to say a firm "NO", and then immediately provide Necklace with something that IS appropriate to chew on. For instance, she bites at your pant leg, you say "NO" firmly but not aggressively, and then provide her with an alternate behavior like throwing a ball or giving her something appropriate to chew or bite on like a Kong toy or Nylabone. Saying "no" to a pet is only ever the fir

Y-shaped harnesses seem to work best for dogs with cervical stenosis or recovering from head/neck surgery as they tend to wrap around the chest while avoiding the back of the neck while closing. However, if Jack tends to pull, do be aware that harnesses can make it easier for dogs to pull, so you may want to work on some leash training if this is the case. Other harnesses may also help avoid the neck area, you just want to make sure they fit more snuggly along the chest and sit over the shoulders or lower on the back to avoid putting pressure on the neck.

While chicken necks can be a part of a balanced diet, feeding them as the entire diet is not healthy in the long run. Choose a good quality senior formula dry food. Stay away from store or discount brands. these typically contain lower quality ingredients and more fillers. An "All Life Stages" food is also an option, especially if you have more than one dog. Brands include Wholehearted ( https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/brand/wholehearted/dog/dog-food/dry-dog-food ), Natural Balance, Canidae and Orijen.
