Thanks for using Boop by Petco! This could be a benign or malignant growth. This is often differentiated by a test called a fine needle aspirate (FNA) which is a pain free, inexpensive and easy procedure which in most cases will help reach a diagnosis. Sometimes a biopsy is needed for a definitive diagnosis. I recommend that you have him evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. I am really hoping for something benign. Good luck and have a good day!

A peat/soil based or sawdust based pellet is less likely to stick to his paws, you can also try using only a bare scattering of litter over newspaper but this would then need emptying at least twice daily

Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! I also like Royal Canin the best from what you listed. I do not recommend cooking for cats as they have very specific amino acid requirements and can become very sick if they do not receive a proper diet. The best thing for Noushmc is to be fed a well balanced commercial cat food. You can pay for a Vet to help develop a home cooked diet at this website: https://secure.balanceit.com/ I wish you and Noushmc the best!

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! Given that it is not raised, this is possibly just a change in pigmentation and not an abnormality. If at any point, he develops an actual raised mass, then have him evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Good luck!

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! This may in fact be a display or aggressive or dominant behavior. I would recommend that you keep him away from other cats that trigger this aggressive behavior in him. Best of luck!
