Thank you to the person who answered my question about the supplements. Is fish oil ok also or this not needed? Her food has a 6:1 ratio of omega 6's to 3's.
Not sure but I think I did!! Fish oil is not needed as long as her food is of good quality. That ratio seems balanced and ok. Am I able to give my dog fish oil from Costco or is it better to stick with animal formulated fish oil? She gets Nordic naturals currently. (for pets)
I love Nordic Naturals and I always recommend using a veterinary product when available. They do tests to make sure you are giving the right amount for your dogs size.
