Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! Sri Didymus is super cute! You can use hydrogen peroxide, dawn and baking soda. I am not sure if they will work. Worst case is you can clip the fur and it will grow back white. I know that isn't an instant answer but its a reasonable one! Good luck!

Yes, you can moisten a cotton ball and carefully wipe the area. Be very careful to avoid her eyes. To minimize tear staining, feed a quality diet. Additives and low quality ingredients may cause allergic reactions which can lead to excess tearing. "Hard" water or water with high mineral content can also lead to tear staining. Offer filtered or bottled water instead. Keep her eyes and face as dry as you can. Consider adding a veterinary probiotic or some organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar to her diet. Either are thought to help minimize staining.

Thank you for contacting Pet Coach with your question about Sasha. I like Tide Simply Free and Sensitive Liquid Detergent. It contains no perfumes or dyes, but is good at getting dirt out. I think that would work well for her bed. I hope this helps!
