Hello and thank you for your question on Boop by Petco! Good question! A wide variety of disinfects will deactivate the common viruses repressible for upper respiratory illness in cats as will steam cleaning. Lysol or clorox products or a diluted bleach solution can do the trick. I hope this helps and best of luck

Hello. I do not know what might be available in Canada, but I highly recommend looking at this website for the Veterinary Oral Health Council. Click on the Accepted Products link at the top, then on accepted products for cats. It will list everything that is truly tested to provide results. Thanks for using Boop by Petco. https://www.vohc.org

Unfortunately fleas only hop on the body of your pet when they want to feed, then they hop off again and stay in your pet's environment. So you need to treat all pets in the household as well as the environment (which contains the fleas, their eggs and larvae). Flea treatment: 1) Get some flea medication such as a Flea spray or a spot on from a pet shop or your veterinarian and apply monthly 2) get flea powder, put some in your vacuum cleaner bag and vacuum your house and furniture and also non-carpeted areas frequently to remove flea larvae and eggs which live off house dust., Dispose of the bag in the trash outside. Hot-wash all the pet's bedding, If you do this diligently for a few months you will get rid of the fleas. Flea products: Spot-ons and/or chews Advantage, Advantage Multi Frontli

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! I suggest you try a product called Bravecto which is topical and there is no need to bathe afterwards and it is only applied every 3 months so it would be very convenient for you. Good luck!

Hi there and thank you for using Boop by Petco! PlaqueOff is a great product to try. We currently use the powder formulation for dogs and cats but if they have treats for cats this should be absolutely safe to try. As with any supplement, there are no guarantees it will work but it is worth a try. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.
