It's possible she is getting mixed signals from daycare but it's impossible to say for sure. I recommend crating her when you are not directly watching her and at night. This may help to remind her about her housebreaking. You may also want to walk her more often and keep her feeding on a schedule. I have great experience and success using Forbid. You mix it in the food for a 5-6 days in a row. The down side to all products is it is not permanent. It does work but will relapse and you will need to do another round from time to time.

Petco should have an inflatable collar that works like an e-collar. It looks a lot like an inflated inner tube and it helps keep her from being able to turn her head far enough to reach her incision site.
