I feed my cat Hill's Prescription Diet k/d Early Support Chicken Canned Cat Food, and order it from chewy.com, but the are out of stock and vet doesn't carry it. She has only 10 cans left. Is there any other place to get this food quickly?
Thank you for using Boop by Petco. Many veterinarians will carry Hill’s prescription diets. I recommend calling to see who may carry it. As it is a prescription diet they may require a prescription or call from your veterinarian in order to sell the food.

The skin issues are possibly due to allergies. This warrants evaluation by a veterinarian. It really comes down to figuring out what is causing his allergies so that they can be treated or the specific allergen avoided. There are many things that can cause allergies though in most cases they can be broken down into 3 big categories: flea, food and environmental allergies. Allergies are usually worked up in a stepwise fashion starting with flea allergies as this is the easiest and cheapest to take care of. If not on a flea preventative, then it would be a good idea to get started on one. If already on one then it would be a good idea to change to something else (there are many new products out in the market). If not improved in 1-3 months then it is time to move on and check for food allergies by switching to a novel diet (n

In cats with urinary irritation, wet food is preferable to help reduce urine concentration and flush out the bladder. I strongly recommend a urine exam in order to determine exactly what is going on and to guide the most appropriate treatment (infection/inflammation etc). A sample can be collected using special urine collection litter which does not absorb urine. Petco provide a home kit for detecting UTI which can help to monitor such conditions
