How long did you try the hydrolyzed protein? If that didn't work I would be concerned about environmental allergies. I would talk to a dermatologist to discuss environmental allergies. They can perform testing to determine what Petey is allergic to. Thank you for using Boop by Petco.

The experts here on the forum at Boop by Petco do not work at Petco stores and I don't think anyone would have knowledge of inventory at local stores. I cannot find this particular product on the Petco website. It's possible that it's available at your local store and you could try giving them a call. There are a number of other fatty acid supplements listed on the Petco website that may or may not be available in your local store: https://www.petco.com/shop/SearchDisplay?searchTermScope=&searchType=12&filterTerm=&maxPrice=&top_category=&showResultsPage=true&langId=-1&beginIndex=0&advancedSearch=&sType=SimpleSearch&metaData=%5BLjava.lang.String%3B%4065f965f9&pageSize=24&manufacturer=&resultCatEntryType=2&catalogId=10051&pageView=grid&searchTerm=fatty+acid&minPrice=&urlLangId=-1&categoryId=10056&storeId=10151

Pedialyte is a balanced electrolyte replacement solution that has sodium, potassium & chloride, & sometimes high amounts of glucose (sugar). It is used primarily in humans, but can be utilized in other species, especially dogs & cats. Since there is no balanced electrolyte solutions for reptiles, if you decide to use some for your reptile, then make sure it is unflavored. It is generally not used for soaking, but as an oral drench in dehydrated animals. Thank you for using Boop by Petco.

Hi there and thank you for using Boop by Petco to address your concern. Based on your description, I would recommend having Deku examined by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. He may certainly be dehydrated and may have an infection that he is fighting. The sooner he is seen the better. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction and that Deku feels better soon! Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further. Please take the time to mark this question as helpful or not as it helps us to improve on the quality of our answers to other pet owners. Thank you kindly!
