Hi there and thank you for using Boop by Petco to address your concern. I would recommend adding 1 tbsp of canned pumpkin to his diet and see if this helps normalize his bowel movements. If by the bandage change he has not defecated, you can discuss other options with your veterinarian. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! It is likely the pumpkin made his stool that color and pumpkin is not harmful to dogs. However that stool looks very watery. If it continues I recommend having his stool checked by a vet for intestinal parasites. good luck and kisses to Creature!

This sounds like an emergency and I suggest you take Patch to a pet ER for an exam, possibly x rays and blood tests. Onion ingestion does not cause these signs. Patch may have an intestinal obstruction or possibly a bloat or other serious intestinal problem or a neurological problem not related to the turkey feed. Please take Patch to the ER.

What healthy treats to give your pup, good job! I would rotate between the greens and pumpkin, and the fruit at night. Keep in mind that too much fiber can make your dog constipated, so it's best to avoid giving her too much :-)

Hello and thank you for contacting Boop by Petco. As long as she is eating, drinking as normal and passing normal stools, she is not in any danger. The symptoms of of gastrointestinal blockage include vomiting, lack of appetite, lethargy, lack of stools. If Pearl definitely ate the stones and has not passed them, an x-ray of the abdomen would be a good idea. It may happen that the stones are still sitting in the stomach but not causing any clinical symptoms. They may move down to the small intestines and form an abstraction at some point. Stones are very easy to detect on x-ray, so this would give definitive answer if there is anything to worry about or not. Pumpkin or any other laxative treatment / diet will not be a good idea for Pearl.
