Hello. Purina is a very good dog food manufacturer. They are one of the few companies that actually have veterinary nutritionists overseeing all of their clinical feed trials. I even visited their equine research center several years ago & their facilities & dedication to animal nutrition are phenomenal. Next to Purina, you really cannot go wrong with a Science Diet or Royal Canin food. These are generally the top 3 on any veterinarians recommended food list. Thanks for using Boop by Petco.

hello, I just got a kitten she is one month old. I just want to know what to get for her when i go shopping tomorrow to go get stuff from your store.
Congratulations!! I would recommend making sure you get kitten appropriate toys, two litter boxes and kitten food. At 1 month of age I would recommend a wet kitten food. I would also recommend clumping litter for her. You can always get her other fun stuff like a soft bed for her. I would hold off on any treats until she gets used to her new home. Thanks for using Boop by Petco. It should be no problem for Kaya to eat the C/D. In fact, in households with one cat who has urinary problems and another who does not, I often recommend feeding the c/d to everyone anyway since I don't want the urinary cat to eat anyone else's food. (That being said, if urinary cat will stay our of Kaya's food, a kitten food IS more ideal for Kaya for the next couple months at least.) Best wishes to you and your kitties!

Is purina pro plan kidney function advanced care canned diet as good a prescription kidney diet as royal Canin and hills canned kidney diets? Purina seems to be the one my cat prefers most. Thanks!
I think both these diets are an acceptable choice for your cat. The most important thing is that your cat continues to eat well. So, if he prefers the Purina then stick to that! Thanks for using Boop by Petco. Best of luck.
