I personally really like Royal Canin. It's a high quality food that I feed to my own cats. In looking up concept for life, I see it's branded as a holistic food. I personally recommend staying away from things labeled "holistic" because there is no scientific proof that they work and you often pay a lot extra for something that has no true benefits. Please also keep in mind that breeders typically do not have any education in animal nutrition and therefore make recommendations based on anecdotal evidence. I say use the Royal Canin, it's a great food that many of my colleagues recommend using in cats.
