Thanks for reaching out about Chimpy. Not sure of exact species but need to discuss the time and money investment for a primate as a pet. 1. They live to over 30 years so a long term commitment for these intelligent and highly social animals needs to be made. Being highly social, they are rarely alone, so should also be a family commitment. 2. Primates should have physical examination once yearly (just like children) and require vaccines to protect them, as they are sensitive to human diseases. Dental diseases are common, therefore dental examinations are needed frequently. As they are prone to dental disease (cavities), teaching them to allow dental brushing is recommended. 3. They require large areas for play and can not be locked up in cages for long periods of time. Foraging behaviors, puzzle solving and mental stimulation is required. 4. Need to check with local and national regulations on having a primate as a pet. Sorry to be a little negative, but as a veterinarian, h

I think he certainly could have some hound in him. I also think his face and ears look a little like a Great Dane, although he's not that large. I definitely can see the German Sheoherd. There are some commercially available DNA tests that can be fun and might give some other ideas although their accuracy is debatable. I think Wisdom panel is best http://www.wisdompanel.com

Human products are made for a different pH than what a dogs normal skin should be so long term use may cause problems. They do make different products for pets, such as conditioners, gels, and even dye base on what your need is. Any local petstore has all the supplies. If you can post again for the specific use you are seeking, we can find a product right for you

Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! Chowder is very cute! I think he is too young to tell and we would need more pictures. For fun if you want to run a home DNA test you can buy them online. I don't find them very accurate though. If you want to send more pictures or post a gain when he/s bigger it may help. Congrats on your new addition! https://www.chewy.com/wisdom-panel-30-breed-identification/dp/127224?utm_source=google-product&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=hg&utm_content=Wisdom%20Panel&utm_term=&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIiqGGx7ak1gIVBAlpCh04xQKfEAQYASABEgLDdPD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

So sorry, I don't think we have any experts from your region of the world. That makes it hard for us to make any recommendations as we do not know what you have access to there. If Bella is having no issues with her skin or coat, you can always use a baby shampoo for humans. That will be your best bet at something gentle. Cruelty free, I'm not sure, you will just have to research the baby shampoo products in your area. Hope this helps. If you have more questions please feel free to post again.
