Thanks for using Boop by Petco! The Science diet sensitive skin and stomach is quite good. I really like all the Nylabone products. I find that dogs really like them and they are fairly inexpensive. They also seem to help with cleaning the teeth a bit. Have a good day!

As far as dog food goes, I tend to recommend Hill's Science Diet or the higher end Purina products. If you are looking to go a more natural route you would want to try something like Earthborn or Acana. Periodontal disease can be delayed with regular teeth brushing if Ratchett will allow it. You should be able to purchase most of what I mentioned at one of those stores. Hope this makes sense.

I do not recommend giving bones to pets as there can be a variety of problems that can arise from this, including broken teeth, choking, or intestinal obstruction. You can read more about these risks at: https://www.fda.gov/ForConsumers/ConsumerUpdates/ucm208365.htm A safer option would be a kong toy https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/kong-classic-dog-toy stuffed with canned dog food and popped into the freezer or filled with peanut butter or another treat if you want something as a treat for prolonged chewing for your pup.

Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! It is fine for Chloe to have milk bones. The treats and the dog food doesn't have to be the same unless Chloe suffers from food or skin allergies where the food protein is the same. Have a great day!

My personal preference, completed unrelated to Boop by Petco or Petco, would be Cosequin ( http://www.cosequin.com/dogs/ ) or Dasuquin ( http://www.dasuquin.com/en/products/#dog ). Both are made by Nutromax Labs.
