I took my dog in for a rash he had from allergies, the vet from Boop by Petco prescribed pills and they worked amazing. he stopped itching and the redness went away, I just want to get his prescription refilled. do i have to take him in again or can
Thanks for using Boop by Petco! They will likely be able to refill it for you as long as they agree with that treatment plan to continue. Your best bet would be to contact them directly and check with your veterinarian. I am sure they will be more than happy to assist you and also to know that it is working well for Pablo. Am I able to give my dog fish oil from Costco or is it better to stick with animal formulated fish oil? She gets Nordic naturals currently. (for pets)
I love Nordic Naturals and I always recommend using a veterinary product when available. They do tests to make sure you are giving the right amount for your dogs size. So while you can give fish oil from Costco I would stick to a veterinary formulation. Thanks for using Boop by Petco to help you care for Chloe.

Our Aussie mix 1 year old pup Willow licks her paws after she’s been outside. And it’s not just one paw. My sister recommenced Zesty Paws to help. My question is, Willow is on reconcile that she takes once a day, is it safe to give her this too?
Yes, she can take both concurrently. I actually prefer Redonyl over Zesty Paws. It is a vet only item but you do not need a prescription. https://worldtails.securevetsource.com/itemView/view/198944_HomeDelivery.pml?productId=136578 The Redonyl is more cost effective for you too. She would need one of the 200mg chews once a day so the 120 count package will last you almost 3 months. She would need 2 of the Zesty Paws and that will only last you 45 days. Regardless of which product you choose, she is safe to take either one concurrently with the Reconcile. Good question!

I am concerned about the grain free food since it never was really said if it caused heart issues or not - and obviously I don't want that to happen to my dogs and we're looking for a healthy food that is good for our dogs that isn't grain free and
Thank you for submitting your question regarding your dog. I would recommend a large breed formula based on his profile. I recommend Hill's, Purina ProPlan or Royal Canin. These are large pet food companies that do extensive research on their diets. They have veterinary nutritionists on staff as well. They ensure their diets are properly formulated by performing feeding trials as opposed to just chemical analysis in a laboratory. These are benefits not offered by smaller niche market companies.
