Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! In a healthy dog the wetness/dryness or temperature of the nose doesn't mean much of anything. It actually rarely means much in a sick animal, if hot it could indicate a fever otherwise it's an old wives tale. Have a good day!

I'm glad you are so pleased with Buddy's grooming! Yes, you can take him into them sooner if he needs a trim with his eyebrows, beard, and nails, but he may not need all the services offered. You can just request having those three things done. I hope this helps :-)

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! You could try letting your shower water run warm/hot with the door closed which will result in steam concentrating in the bathroom and possibly helping Brain's clogged nose. You can try this for 10-15 minutes a few times a day. Good luck!

It is not uncommon for dogs to traumatize the top of their nose when they are in a kennel or cage and trying to get out. They usually rub a sore on the wire part of the cage. If the wound does not seem to be bothering her, you may be okay waiting to see her regular veterinarian. If she seems uncomfortable or the wound/rash are worsening or spreading, then it may be best to get her in somewhere sooner. If you start to notice that the wound looks infected (pus coming from it), I would bring Wendy in sooner because the worse it gets, the longer it will take to heal. If you have an E-collar (the lamp shade looking device) at home, I would put that on her in the meantime to prevent her from further damaging the area. Hope Wendy heals quickly!

Poor Dan! Don't worry about the dry nose, it's not a sign of illness. A dog's nose can go from wet to dry just by laying in the sun or by a heat source. It could be he is in pain or is sick. I would monitor him tonight, and if he is still acting this way in the morning, have him seen by a vet. Best of luck.
