Thanks for using Boop by Petco! What an exciting time. You would need to start by getting a high quality diet (I like the Purina Pro Plan diets though there are plenty to choose from). Also, a dog bed and toys will be important as well. I recommend that you check with your veterinarian to get him in for initiation of vaccines and to start other preventative care medications such as flea and tick preventatives and heartworm preventatives. Good luck and enjoy your pup!

My personal (and totally independent of Boop by Petco or Petco) recommendation would be the FitBark2. It is small, durable and links to my FitBit. It is at the top of the list here too: https://www.caninejournal.com/dog-activity-monitor/

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! I personally like the Purina Pro Plan diets as well as the Hill's Science Diet foods as I think they are both palatable and highly nutritious. In terms of treats, I think the milk bones products are both nutritious, palatable and reasonably priced. Good luck and best wishes!

Charlie is so cute! Congratulations! I always recommend looking into pet insurance. We do not have pet insurance but here are a few different companies that provide good insurance for your pet. I would call and get quotes from them and see what they cover. I would look at: Petplan: https://www.gopetplan.com Trupanion: https://trupanion.com/ppc/best-care3?gclid=Cj0KCQiAl8rQBRDrARIsAEW_To9J9FgDp4EL0J01sFWNjI8Qm67dr7ADIYKepw311YUFv5MPhMdRm2waAq6AEALw_wcB ASPCA: https://www.aspcapetinsurance.com/ppc-17/confident?prioritycode=PPC_Brand&gclid=Cj0KCQiAl8rQBRDrARIsAEW_To-bMdYW5ztIL66GftIE-c0gaOLFG3xkvr8ezEFF76FLehYK8VBqiCUaApiHEALw_wcB#/start Figo: https://figopetinsurance.com/?&gclid=Cj0KCQiAl8rQBRDrARIsAEW_To9S9Q2Esru6qbt3iNGDIJy-CPe8qDedVasCoG_bCBidClnU7ER2f7QaApukEALw_wcB Nationwide: https://www.petinsurance.com/ppc-dog.aspx?src=GoogleSearch&OM=CI0418&gclid=Cj0KCQiAl8rQBRDrARIsAEW_To9M0lSK4SC-sL_Ep_fX4tg3gIqXWBYUvksJUDWph2_olYZ572AP0SoaAnlgEALw_wcB Thank you for using Boop by

Human products are made for a different pH than what a dogs normal skin should be so long term use may cause problems. They do make different products for pets, such as conditioners, gels, and even dye base on what your need is. Any local petstore has all the supplies. If you can post again for the specific use you are seeking, we can find a product right for you
