I bought this 2 years ago and initially loved it. There were occasional glitches, but nothing too crazy. Unfortunately the bladder floor does start to deteriorate and will need to be replaced. This shouldn’t be a big deal as there are replacement parts on the Leo loo too site, BUT they are always out of stock!! This leaves you with a $600 cat box that is unusable. Don’t be swindled by this company.

I have had the Loo for four weeks, and though the cats like to jump in and out, then watch it spin, they have yet to actually use it. Perhaps some suggestions could be made in the printed material regarding this issue. If the cats used it, I would definitely give it 5 stars!

Game changer! We are not cat people in general. But rescued a kitten and fell in love. So I guess, cat people? Though I’m the only one willing to mess with litter. Got a casa Leo following my daughter’s recommendation and am so glad I did. It does a great job of managing litter and smells. Easy care.

Hands down the best product on the market. Easy to setup and use. Clean design. Cat friendly. Has made my life so much easier and my cats love having a perfectly clean litter box at all times. I would highly recommend to other cat paw-rents out there. Your fur babies will love it!

This thing is a good idea but there are some fatal flaws that make it fairly useless. 1: If the power goes out, It won't turn itself back on when the power comes back on. This is a huge problem you want to be able to leave your cat alone for the weekend. We left our cat for a few days and even though my mom was checking on her we told her she wouldn't have to clean the litter. Little did we know the power had gone out and the litter was absolutely disgusting when we got back. 2) maybe it's only our kitty, but whenever she pees in the litter box, she goes in head first and pees on the front wall of the litter box, doesn't have any litter up against it. It's impossible to fill the litter box a little bit fuller because it will start to fall down the cleaning area. So she he always pees on the wall and half the time it dribbles down the front of the litter box also. And then when it self-cleans, All the litter that is stuck to the wall where she peed doesn't even come off. 3) It's extremely difficult to clean. For some reason they made it so that if you wash it out with water, impossible to pour the water out. The water cannot drain out of the litter box at the front because there's a recessed lip around it. The floor of the litter box is made from a flexible rubber that is extra susceptible to sticking to litter. The walls are fine to clean, but the bottom of the inside is extremely hard to clean. It has some good features but when you spend $700 on a litter box you expect it to work. It's really just kind of a nightmare and I'm only hanging on to it because I spent so much money on it and I feel bad getting rid of it.

The Leo's Loo Too is a life changer if you own cats NO MORE SCOOPING! I have 3 for different parts of the house.

We've owned this now for 3 months. With what we spent, I've been trying to give it the benefit of the doubt-- but from the very first day our house has smelled more than it did from the regular litterbox-- and our cat pees outside the litterbox when it doesn't smell clean enough. The ease of changing the litter is improved, but the smell most definitely is not. The digital weight/records are not as important to me as having a litter box that doesn't stink. We use Dr. Elsie's litter the same as we used to. Honestly, I would not buy this and I wish I could return it.

Stopped Working after 3 months. Petco refused to offer any recourse. Paid $600 for this machine . Save your money, don’t buy it. Leo’s Loo was no help either. It’s now going in the trash.
