Hello, thank you for using Boop by Petco.\ You can use any type of filler you would like however, most of what you will find is polyester types. You can purchase "stuffing" at any fabric type store like JoAnn Fabrics. ( https://www.joann.com/sewing/foam-and-fiber/fiberfill/ ) Hope this helps. Best wishes.

It's common for young puppies to bark and cry if they are alone at night - more space is not likely to make any difference. I would recommend having Toby sleep in a crate right beside your bed at night. This way, you can talk to him or rest your hand on the crate to reassure him if he fusses.

Dachshunds tend to be snugglers, and also love to be buried (like under a blanket!). I'd look into a dog bed (or even a large cat bed) that has a [clamshell or hooded design](https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/harmony-hooded-cave-cat-bed-in-grey) that she can crawl into and be covered up by it. Most smaller dogs (especially dachshunds) tend to like this [cave type bed](https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/snoozer-luxury-micro-suede-cozy-cave-pet-bed-in-anthracite).

Hi there and thank you for using pet coach! I would say a medium crate would be best. This will give him plenty of room inside the crate to move around freely. You want the size of crate that allows him with a lot of free space to move around in. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction.

I would recommend using a spray bottle filled with water or something that is moist to startle her when she barks like this. If she tries to jump up in the bed say "off!" And use the spray bottle to lightly spritz her in the face. Enough times of this will get her to stop. Then when she sees the water bottle out by the bed, she will likely not try to get up. When she starts barking you can use something noisy such as a can filled with coins or bells and throw it near her to startle her. Enough times of this will hopefully get her to stop barking. The key with these training techniques is persistence and patience. A lot of times they will work but you need to be patient with her and the techniques described. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
