You can buy them collars, if you do buy the safe release collars, these collars will automatically open if your cat get stuck with the collars somewhere. many cats will lose their collars almost immediately but you cannot predict that in advance, you have to try it.

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! There isn't an answer to that question in terms of a specific time, as it depends on each individual pet! I think it's a great idea for cats who want to enjoy the outside in a safe way; I would recommend by starting to have Oreo wear a harness around the house to get her used to wearing it, then attach her leash while in the house and allow her to adjust to its weight. Finally, then I'd take her outside for an adjustment to being in the yard on it. Some cats progress in a couple weeks, and others can take a little longer. Good luck!

Hello. Obviously, both cats were terrified by this incident. If all has not calmed down, then I would invest in a Feliway diffuser to try & calm your kitties. You can purchase these online or purchase at any pet retailer. Thanks for using Boop by Petco.

Thank you for contacting Boop by Petco with your question about Luna. I love Christmas time so much, but cats can be such a pain in the butt about trees and climbing them. I don't know if this is an option for you, but I moved our tree into a room where the door is kept shut all the time, and the cats cannot get in it. That prevents them from having any access at all to the tree. Gates won't work with cats, they climb over them. A bitter apple spray may work to repel the cats, and you can get that at a pet store. Cats hate the smell of citrus, but the problem with things like citrus essential oils is that they are toxic to cats, so you want to avoid that. Try the bitter apple spray, do not allow them around the tree alone, and if you can, move it to a room that you can shut the door so they have no access. I hope this helps!
