My cat needs Hill's k/d prescription food, out of stock. Where to buy?

Thank you for using Boop by Petco. Many veterinarians will carry Hill’s prescription diets. I recommend calling to see who may carry it. As it is a prescription diet they may require a prescription or call from your veterinarian in order to sell the food.

Can I buy Benefiber and diaper cream for my cat's bottom at Petco?

Sorry, should have been more clear. You’ll pick these items up at your local grocery store or supermarket. Regular human benefiber (odorless, tasteless fiber powder). And any zinc-oxide baby diaper cream like Desitin is fine. Best wishes!

My adopted cat threw up a worm. Can I buy OTC dewormer at a store?

Hello and welcome to Boop by Petco. There are many safe over-the-counter worm products in the united states. You will have to check at your local store what is available, however what you are describing sounds like a round worm. This often looks like spaghetti. I suggest you look up 'round work' on the internet and if this looks like the type of worm it is, make sure you get a product that covers round worms. Most routine dewormers will for cats. The other common type of worm are tape-worms that have little segments. Milbemax is a good broad-spectrum dewormer. Best of luck with Metro.

How to contact Petco about missing cats and store safety policies?

I am very sorry and sad to hear that this happened. Unfortunately this platform is not going to be much help since we answer questions about pet health but do not directly interact with Petco's managers. What cat food should I buy for my overweight, immune-deficient cat?
