Poor Nash! It sounds like he may be a bit fearful, or having some socialization issues. A good first step would be to have your husband carry Nash's favorite treat with him at all times. Any time Nash approaches or shows interest, your husband can then reward him with praise and a treat, helping Nash start to associate your husband with good things, even in slightly scarier places (such as outside). You can also have people approach him and toss a treat to him (without acknowledging or petting him) to help him start to associate people with positives as well. I also highly recommend working with a trainer in person that can assist you with training techniques such as BAT (Behavioral Adjustment Training) to work on the fear and barking around other pets and people.

It looks as though Nash’s third eyelid on his right eye is elevated. The third eyelid can raise for a variety of different conditions, including viral infection, eye inflammation, a corneal ulcer/abrasion, Horner’s syndrome, among many others. Particularly since eye problems can change and progress so rapidly, it’s important to have Nash examined by your vet. Until then, be sure to put an ecollar (cone) on Nash to prevent him from scratching or rubbing at this eye, as that will make matters worse. I hope that he’s on the mend soon!

Hi there! Great photos! Thank you for attaching them to your question. Yes, I think you should get Nash to your vet for an exam since this has not resolved on it's own in the past two weeks. It doesn't seem serious but at this point it some antibiotics are probably going to be needed to get this to clear up. I think it will clear up in just a few days with the proper treatment. I hope this helps. Best wishes.

I am not too concerned about the pustule. I am more concerned about the watery eye. Since Nash is only 2 months old he could have a virus. He could also have a bacterial infection in his eye. If his eye wasn't watery and having gunk come out of it I would recommend cleaning the one pustule and monitoring. If it didn't go away then would recommend a veterinarian but since he is having eye discharge also I do recommend a veterinarian within the next day or two. Your veterinarian may give antibiotics orally and/or drops for Nash's eyes. Thank you for using Boop by Petco.

I actually think that Dusty likes Nala, but Nala does not understand that Dusty wants to be friendly and play. Over time they will understand each other. If Dusty did not like Nala, he would either be running away from her all the time or there would be stand-offs and cat fights and hissing matches in the house.
