Hello and thank you for contacting Boop by Petco. Nala definitely needs to be seen by vet as she still may have more puppies or retained placenta inside. Please, get in touch with your emergency vets tonight or your local vets in the morning as the latest and get her checked over. Nala will likely require an ultrasound scan of the abdomen and possibly a blood test to find out what is going on.

Do you have time to run out to a pet store and get a timed feeding bowl? This will release a specific amount of food at set times, and will keep Nala from overeating. You can also put her food into a muffin tin, dividing it equally among the 12 tins. This will also force her to slow down eating and may allow her to get full quicker. Check to see if you can get the timed feeding bowl first. Good luck, I hope this helps!

Poor Nala! It sounds like she really needs to be examined by a veterinarian to get this issue resolved. Nala may have an intestinal parasite so it's important that you bring a fecal sample to the veterinarian to have it checked for parasites. I'm concerned hag Nala may end up getting dehydrated if she does not receive treatment for the diarrhea soon. Your veterinarian may prescribe medications to treat the diarrhea or a prescription bland diet to get Nala feeling better.

I'm sorry to hear that Nala is having a hard time with the introduction of a new kitten. It certainly sounds like she is experiencing some anxiety as a result of having a new kitten added to her household. Since it sounds like you have done a good job of introducing Simba gradually and Nala is still not tolerating him, you might need to find some ways to decrease her stress. One option for decreasing stress is to add a Feliway Diffuser ( https://www.feliway.com ) to your house. This is a calming pheromone that will work for a month and may be beneficial for both cats. I have also had luck with Rescue Remedy ( http://www.bachflower.com/rescue-remedy-pet/ ) which can be added to the water. You could also consider calming music specifically for cats ( http://throughadogsear.com/tace/through-a-cats-ear-1-music-for-calming/ ). If Nala continues to hide in your bedroom, it may be time to take her to your veterinarian for a physical exam and discussion about possible anti-anxiety medica

I would recommend taking Nala to see another vet asap. Her belly is very large and distended and if she is not pregnant then there must be something wrong that is accounting for her size. Any vet should be able to tell you if she is pregnant easily at this stage either by fee or ultrasound. If she is not pregnant then I worry she could have an abdominal mass or fluid build up. Furthermore the areas arou d her nipples look incredibly inflamed and tolerated in places. You need the vet to assess this and see if it is bad infection or something more sinister she will likely need antinflamnatories and antibiotics to treat her nipples. I would suggest ringing another vet and explaining you need them to be able to diagnose pregnancy for you, and also address other issues.
