You cannot give the cat that medication. Most vets office can trim nails with out doing anything and may have a carrier for you. Depending on your area, there may be a mobile vet or groomer than can come to you to do this for you. I would start with contacting a vet's office or local groomer and they can assist you or provide you with someone in town that can if needed.

I am planning to take my cat with me to my daughters house over Thanksgiving. It is a 3 hour drive and then a new house etc. I bought a cat play pen some Feliway a small cat tree and will take some items that have her scent. How do I introduce her
Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! I would set all her belongings in to the room you are staying in. Give her a day to adjust to that room. Then open the door and allow her to come out of the room if she wants. If she is a shy cat she may never leave the room if you are only there for a few days. I would hope that after 1-2 days she will venture out. By keeping all her things in one room she will know that is her safe place to run back to if scared. Cats are hard and it depends on her overall personality.I would just be patient and don't force her to do more than she wants. I wish you the best of luck!

We have 4 cats. Is it OK to leave them alone at home for one week? There will be plenty of food in 4 food dispensers and water, and 5 litter boxes.
Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco. I would highly recommend that you have a trusted friend or neighbor stop in once daily to every other day to check on the cats. They could make sure they are eating and using the litter box. Make sure they see all 4 cats during their visit to the house. It is risky to leave them that long. Good luck

Our 4 year old cat, newly adopted, hides and sleeps all day and only comes out to play, eat or acknowledge us after dark. Then she comes in our bed looking for attention when we are trying to sleep. Any suggestions on how to get her days and nights
Congrats on the new cat! Unfortunately, this is going to take some time as a lot of cats can be nervous in new surroundings during the day and tend to feel more comfortable during the night. You can try to some feliway diffusers to help calm her during the day to see if this helps. I would also try to feed her her favorite treats or canned food during the day to get her to come out so you can love on her. With time, she should start to come around. I hope this helps!

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! I think the Purina Pro Plan diets are very good and also affordable. Both dry and wet diets are equally good in general especially for younger cats. I prefer wet food in older cats when I am concerned about kidney disease just to increase the water content in the diet. Good luck and have a great day!
