I’ve used it with success in my geriatric terrier. It helped him sleep better and be less anxious. I also gave Neutricks daily for his dementia. I have also used the prescription drug anipryl for cognitive dysfunction but I usually try the Solliquin and Neutricks first. Keeping to a set daily routine helps in addition to daily moderate exercise. Thanks for using Boop by Petco to help you care for Haikko.

Savlon would not be recommend since it may cause stomach upset if licked and ingested. Dettol can be used if diluted. You must not allow Pavi to lick the area washed though. Thoroughly rinse after bathing and use an e-collar (cone) to prevent licking or chewing. ideally, she should be physically examined by your veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment of any wounds or infection.

This looks like a cut on the pad in the picture. You can soak Solomom's foot in warm water twice daily and gently cleanse it with some antibacterial soap. The warm water should be soothing and if you gently massage his foot while it's in the water you should be able to clean the area and feel if there is something in the foot. I wouldn't put anything on this as that will encourage licking. Foot injuries are painful. If the area gets more swollen and red, or he's not walking on it better in a day or so then I would bring him in for and exam. He may need antibiotics if the cut gets infected. Thanks for using Boop by Petco to help you care for Solomon.

It will probably take some time to adjust to his new environment. You could try an Adaptil collar and Solliquin chews to see if that helps relieve some of the anxiety and stress he may be experiencing. https://www.adaptil.com/us#redirected http://www.solliquin.com/

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! I would absolutely talk to your vet about this. There are lots of medication options that are stronger than supplements and could possibly help Sampson be a lot more comfortable. You can even discuss non-medication options like physical therapy and laser treatment. Your vet can go over the best options for you and Sampson. Kisses to him!
