My healthy dog (~35lb) may have ingested my older dog’s (~38lb) enalapril maleate (10mg) and spironolactone (12.5 mg)
A single dose (not overdosed) should not cause any harm if your dog is fit and healthy. Monitor him for the day, he may feel weaker than normal and urinate more. Make sure water is available all the time.

If I bring my cat in for an exam, can his current prescription be renewed by the vet at petco? His prescription for budesonide will run out soon and I was wondering if I could switch to petco vs a regular vet clinic/hospital. Thanks in advance!
If you live near a Petco that has a full service hospital then yes, you could talk to the vet about refilling your cat’s prescription. If your Petco has a Vetco vaccine clinic then the vet performs vaccines and routine preventative care only and would not be able to authorize refills. Hi there. PPA (phenylpropanolamine, or Proin) is a very common first-line choice for urinary incontinence in female dogs, and often works well in my experience. So it's likely that this could be a good option for Sofi, depending on whether she has any other underlying health issues to consider. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a prescription over the internet, as legally this has to be done by a veterinarian who has physically examined your pet. So I would recommend making an appointment with a veterinarian in your area to bring Sofi in for an exam. He/she can discuss medication options for urinary incontinence with you, and should be able to provide a prescription for whatever medication the two of you decide to try.
