I suggest you apply this wound spray 3-4 times per day. If that doesn't help within a few days then he needs to see a vet. Also, monitor him closely to be sure he is urinating OK. It almost looks like urine scald like he has been laying in urine. It does not look like ant bites. ( https://www.allivet.com/p-8649-vetericyn-plus-livestock-utility-spray-16-oz.aspx )

Hey there. From the pictures I can't really tell what that is exactly. In general with cattle I start with penicillin and add on as needed. They will probably need to flush the area as well. You can also get some diluted iodine to pour on in the meantime. Make sure you put on some fly spray so it isn't getting parasites in the wound. Hope this helps you.

You can use some Bag Balm on affected areas. There are sunscreens made specifically for pigs and livestock but you can also use a high SPF sunscreen for humans. Sullivan's Sun Guard is a popular sunscreen for pigs. Provide plenty of shade when she is outside or avoid going outside during the hottest part of the day.

Ideally, you should confirm the infection with your farm veterinarian. Topical treatment may be more effective than systemic treatment. Additionally, confirm the antibiotic is appropriate as inappropriate antibiotic use may lead to resistant bacteria or can delay diagnosis. Given the size of the pig, consider a 16ga or 18ga needle. Be sure the injection site is clean and dry to prevent injection site reactions or infection. Confirm any dose with your veterinarian prior to administration. If the pig is to be processed, be sure to adhere to withdrawal times before slaughter.
