Hello. I am sorry your question was not addressed earlier. If this was an accidental overdose, then hopefully you have taken Zeydl to the emergency clinic for treatment. If she takes the zantac for therapeutic reasons, it is unlikely to be causing a problem as it has a good safety profile. She may need to see your veterinarian tomorrow to see why she is not feeling well. I hope all is well soon. Take care.

All of the Zymox products that I found are to treat irritation and inflammation, so they wouldn't be very good at prevention or specific treatment of infection. The best preventative would be a good ear cleaner 1-2 times per week or after getting out of water. I like Dechra EpiKlean Ear Cleanser as it is gentle and helps dry out the ear and remove debris. If you think that Wes already has an ear infection, then he would need have it diagnosed by a vet and get medications specific for his type of infection. Once cleared, you can continue with normal cleaning to prevent further ear infections!

Zelda is very cute! It looks like she may have sheared off the top layer of skin on her paw pad. I would try to keep it as clean and dry as possible. You can apply a thin layer of Neosporin as well, but she may need to see a veterinarian as sometimes these wounds can be stubborn to heal.

Maloxon is to stop the vomiting, Zental is a type of dewormer which i would probably not recommend to use if you have a better alternative (drontal, Milbemax, Profender). if yu have no other alternative you can use both medications, the zentel needs to be given only for 3 days.

If your dog improves and does well in zd then you have to do a good study to find out exactly what the allergies are. You keep a journal and only give 1 new food a week. If signs return, then that is an allergy. If no signs arise, then there is unlikely an allergy to it. They do make hypoallergenic treats though that are made by science diet to go with that food. You may have to ask your vet for them
