Ideally, she should be physically examined by your veterinarian, at the nearest veterinary ER or by a vet experienced in treating reptiles. If this is not possible, get her under a heat lamp to start warming her up. You can also soak her in a warm 50/50 solution of water and unflavored PediaLyte for 15-20 minutes. Afterwards, clean the tail stump with a diluted Betadine or chlorhexidine (Hibiclens) solution. Dab a bit of triple antibiotic ointment on it after each cleaning. Clean it gently once daily and dry thoroughly afterwards. Keep her on paper towels and change it daily. Pick up some Fluker's Repta Boost and use that to feed her initially. When she is more active, you can introduce prey slowly. She may eventually regrow her tail. Even with care, she may not recover. My baby turtle won’t eat. I️ got him food from petco that’s made for baby turtles and he hasn’t touched it. Not sure what to do.
Offer a varied diet including pelleted food, fresh greens and prey such as tiny crickets or earthworms. You can get prey from the pet store, do not feed wild caught insects. It may take a day or two for him to acclimate to his new environment. Keep offering fresh food daily. Be sure environmental parameters are appropriate for the species of turtle you have. This includes adequate heat, UVB lighting and water quality. If you know the species, post it in a new question or request a consultation for more detailed care information.

I have a 22 year old Timneh African Grey parrot. I have used Harrison's pellets medium size in the past. It has been discontinued. My parrot won't eat the fine size and drops the large size into water. I need suggestions of what else to use.

[ZuPreem Avian Maintenance Natural](https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/zupreem-avianmaintenance-natural-bird-diet-for-parrots-and-conures): a good pelleted food that may be of a similar size to what you were feeding prior. They also offer[ ZuPreem Classic](https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/zupreem-classic-avianmaintenance-natural-bird-diet-for-large-parrots) which is a slightly larger size of the formulation, you may want to try out both to see if James prefers one to the other.

It's possible G may have a bacterial overgrowth in his stomach or intestinal parasite. You'll want to take a stool sample into your local Veterinary clinic. Be sure to offer plenty of fresh drinking water and a calm environment.
